Master the Right-Hand Peek
Fortnite's third-person camera sits over your right shoulder. Always peek and shoot from the right side of walls and doorways. This keeps 80% of your body completely shielded while giving you full line of sight!
Combat Advantage: +40%Always Carry Mobility
Dedicate at least one inventory slot to Shockwave Grenades, Grapple Blades, or Flowberries. Mobility saves you when caught deep in the storm and lets you instantly take high ground in intense build fights!
Survival Priority: EssentialMini Shields Before Big Pots
Never drink a Big Shield Potion first! Mini Shields can only heal you up to 50 shield, so drink 2 Minis first, then pop your Big Pot or Chug Splash to reach the full 100 maximum shield.
Shield Efficiency: Max 100Swap, Don't Reload
In close-quarters combat, reloading during a shotgun duel will get you eliminated. After firing your shotgun blast, immediately switch to an SMG or Assault Rifle to spray down the remaining health!
Clutch Factor: 10/10Claim Natural High Ground
In final moving circles, players on mountain ridges and rooftops control the zone. Rotate early into the safe circle so enemies are forced to run uphill directly into your crosshairs.
Zone Strategy: Top 5 FinishTurn On Visual Audio
Enable 'Visualize Sound Effects' in your audio settings! This gives you radial on-screen indicators for enemy footsteps, chest humming, and glider deploys before you can even hear them.
